Our
AEROMASTER Aero-mechanical conveyors
are available in mild steel and stainless
steel and there are four types of
conveyor namely:

Our model A2 which is a 2"
(50.8 mm) tube conveyor
•
Our model A3 which is a 3"
(76.2 mm) tube conveyor
•
Our model A4 which is a 4"
(101.6 mm) tube conveyor
•
Our model A5 which is a 5"
(127 mm) tube conveyor
Selection
of appropriate unit is based on several
factors including:

Throughput rate required
•
Particle size of product
•
Length of conveyor required

please find a guide line to a brief
list of throughput capacities achievable
within the four tube sized conveyors.
Please note that these throughput
rates are only as a guide and may
vary depending on bulk density and
moisture content. It is very difficult
to give an exact figure as in many
cases products can be described, as
for example Carbon Black, Aggregate
mix or Milk powder all of which come
in varying grades. We therefore have
invested in our large 5000 sq. ft
test centre at our UK Head Office
where customers are welcomed to trial
their own specific product(s) but
we also have facilities available
throughout Europe and also in North
America and Africa. For more information
